If you are contacting us from another provider to refer or inquire about out clients and their care, please fax us a release form signed by the client acknowledging their will to share information.
If you contact us during lunch or after hours, your call will be transferred to our answering service. Any messages will be forwarded to the clinic and handled as they come!
